New revelations from court proceedings in the Loudoun County, Virginia school bathroom rape case show that the convicted rapist, a biological male who claimed to be gender-fluid and donned a skirt before preying on a female student, is alleged to have a third victim.
The convicted rapist, whose name has been withheld due to his minor status, was reportedly sentenced this week to a residential treatment program and probation until the age of 18 on two counts of forcible sodomy, with the judge on the case remarking that a psychosexual profile of the young offender “scared” her for society.
In addition to treatment and probation, the 15-year-old gender-fluid rapist will be required to register as a sex offender for the rest of his life.
“Over the years this court has read many psychosexual reports, and when I read yours, frankly, it scared me,” Judge Pamela Brooks told the gender-fluid rapist, according to local media reports. “It scared me for you, it scared me for society.” Read more…
